This wine is very balanced on the palate with noticeable but mellow tannins and nice acidity. The ultimate easy-to-drink wine. There commended food-and-wine pairing: most meats, but it also makes an interesting match with boards of charcuterie.

Aromatic nose of red and black fruits ripe and cooked prune notes, spices and smoke. The palate is powerful yet soft, beautifully fleshy and fruity with light tannins.

Domaine de Michelet is a natural vegan red wine. No products of animal origin, such as egg whites, have been used to improve the clarity and stability of the wine. It is also bee freindly and sulphite-free.Because of the lack of protection provided by sulphites, do not store the bottle when opened.

'Bee Friendly' guarantees that the growing practices used are bee friendly. Bees are an excellent indicator of a healthy environment surrounding the vines.

This is an exceptionally lively wine. Well-rounded, with a full, smooth texture and molten tannins. Ful of fruit with a subtle note of spice -absolutely delightful.

Food pairings: Home made terrines, rack of lamb with thyme, duck with root vegetables, grilled beef, dishes served in sauce and mature cheeses.

fruit and graphite. It has firm and juicy tannins, giving it a great structure, length and complexity

Opaque, perfumed with fragrant black cherry, cassis and spice. Full bodied, intense with countless layers of flavour including blackcurrant, cedar and graphite. Dense fruit on the palate is bound by a structure of fine grained tannins and a lively acidity. This wine shows great depth and character and yet is refined with a long, elegant finish.

Deep ruby/purple color, it has beautiful mulberry and sweet black cherry fruit, silky tannins, and a ripe medium to full-bodied opulence and terrific purity and depth. Drink over the next decade.

80% Merlot ; 10% Cabernet Franc ; 10% Cabernet Sauvignon

The wine reflects all the wonderful elegance of great Graves – smooth tannin, refined cedar and raspberry
aromas, great finesse on the nose and the palate, and lovely aromatic complexity.

In fire-fighting parlance, a “tillerman” steers the back of a hook & ladder truck. Our founder, Cecil De Loach, held this position in the San Francisco Fire Department. The Tillerman red blend exhibits a deep purple, with notes of ripe wild berries, black cherry, and baking spices on the nose. Layered flavors of black currant and raspberry lead to a long finish of spice and dusty cocoa.

A ripe and rich wine with plum, dark cherry and plenty of earthy notes. The palate is full yet with elegance and feels fresh on the long satisfying finish.

The wine will partner well with roast pork and sautéed potatoes, and some good cheese.

55% Cabernet Sauvignon - 35% Syrah - 10% Cabernet Franc

Chateau La Truffe is an elegant wine, with silky-smooth tannins, and subtle, delicate aromas. A toasted nose, underlined with vanille and a fresh, fruit-rich palate. Made of 90% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc.

Croix de Beauséjour offers lots of currants and darker fruits, with a beautiful earthiness and tobacco character. It's medium-bodied, supple, and rounded on the palate, yet has plenty of density and depth.

"By Clinet" is a wine wrapped in layers of deep garnet. Complex flavours of dry red fruit, prune and Melanosporum truffle intertwine on the nose. Gentle, fruity and well-balanced on the palate, it develops into a lush aromatic palette of cranberry, redcurrant and fresh plum with hints of fresh hazelnut.
