Lamma Island: We will deliver directly to your door whenever possible. Please contact us when placing your order to confirm the service area for your location and inform us of any special requirements for delivery. We will check with our delivery partners and advise you of the level of service we can provide. Please note for some locations we cannot provide door delivery. Lamma: (Yung Shue Wan) - We partner with Brothers Grocery for for home deliveries to most areas in Yung Shue Wan. You can also find many of our wines at Brothers Grocery, No 13-14, Sha Po New Village, Yung Shue Wan, M: 6192 1581. Lamma: (Pak Kok) - We will arrange your delivery with the Ferry delivery service. If you have any special delivery requirements at your location please mention this on your order, and please check with us to confirm we can deliver to your location. Sok Kwu Wan) - Tuesday delivery only: We will arrange your delivery with the Ferry delivery services. Please check with us before placing your order to confirm the service for your location on Sok Kwu Wan. Please place your order before 8pm on Monday (for delivery on Tuesday).

Please contact us if you require delivery directly to your home and we will confirm availability with the delivery company.
Country Parks:We are unable to deliver to some areas and are not always able to keep to the above schedule.
To avoid disappointment please allow up to 4 business days for delivery. If in doubt please contact us.
-Some deliveries may be made as late as 9pm. If you are having a Party or an Event we recommend that you order plenty of time in advance.-Throughout busy periods we may offer to deliver the same day, on other days or offer later cutoff times.

Delivery Charges
Delivery is FREE on orders of 6 bottles of wine or more. This can be any mix of wine, you can buy 6 different bottles.
A delivery charge of $120 will apply for orders of less than 6 items.
Examples:
If you order 4 bottles of wine and 1 case of Beer there will be a delivery charge of $120
If you order 5 bottles of wine and 1 case of beer or cider, delivery is free.
If you order 6 bottles of wine delivery is free.

*Public Holidays & Extreme Weather
We do not offer delivery on public holidays, when Typhoon Signal #8 or the Black Rain signal is hoisted.
Under special circumstances we may offer special deliveries, please contact us or Tel: 2433 9929 (Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm) before placing your order.
Delivery Address
We only deliver to one address per order. If you wish us to deliver to more than that one address please place a separate order for each location.
Alternatively, please contact us to make special delivery arrangements before placing your order.
Due to customs restrictions we can only offer delivery in Hong Kong.
Returns & Replacements
If you buy any of our wines and you don't like a bottle, we will be happy to give you a credit for that bottle. If you have bought a whole case of one particular wine, then we will give you a credit for the whole case if you have only drunk one bottle from the case. Please note that the following conditions may also apply for returns:
- The wine has been stored in a consistent temperature of under 23 degrees.
- The wine has not left your premises.
- The labels are in good condition.
- You notify us within 14 days of purchase.
Please contact our customer service desk for further details on acceptance of returns, we will be happy to help you.
Sale and Return:
If you are planning an event or celebration please contact our customer service for our special arrangements for sale and return on for your event. Please note that acceptance of sale and return must be authorised before purchase is completed on your order.
Stolen Wine - If you give instructions for us to leave your wine outside your house and the wine gets stolen, we’ll replace it free of charge, providing you notify us and the police within 3 days.
Breakages – In the event that any of the bottles in your case are broken, please let us know within 7 days and we’ll credit the money into your account within 30 days.
Outer island returns: We are unable to collect wines from many of these areas. We would ask you to drop them off at one of our 'pickup locations' or to take them to your place of work for us to pickup.
Payment & Security
We use PayPal and IPGPay for all payment processing services and it is they who provide the secure credit card handling facilities on their site. No credit card details are asked for, accessed or retained by Winerack or any affiliated or associated company. It is your responsibility to protect your password from being disclosed to any third party.
FAQ - What if I do not have a PayPal account?
A PayPal account is NOT required! - You can use a credit card in the normal way.
When you arrive on the PayPal payment page you can ignore the login box and instead click on the link that is shown in this example:

Bank Transfers
You may also choose to pay by bank transfer upon checkout but we will not ship your order until the funds are received into our account.
If you have an HSBC account, bank transfers are usually very quick (often immediate during business hours) but if you use another bank it can take three days or more before we receive the money. Please allow sufficient time for clearance.* If your order is urgent we recommend you use PayPal or a credit card as a bank transfer payment may be delayed.
*Cross checking funds received via bank transfer takes time so please help us emailing us the bank transfer details including and include the order number and the amount paid. If no advice is sent to us your order may be delayed. Any payment advice received after 4:30pm cannot be not be processed for 24hrs.
Can I pay COD?
We prefer payment by credit card or bank tranfer. Theres no extra charge and you can transfer direct from an ATM!
If you still want to pay COD please check with us beforehand, this service is not available to all area:-
(1) There is a $50 processing fee / or minimum order of 24 x bottles or 6 cases of Beer/Cider for COD payments.
(2) Please note delivery days and times may vary from our normal schedule for COD payments
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule delivery of any COD order without notification.
If in doubt we suggest you contact us or Tel: 2433 9929 (Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm) to arrange a COD before placing an order.
How to check-out and pay COD:
When you reach our check out, choose 'Bank Transfer', then in the 'special instructions' mention you would like to pay COD.
Please remember to add an additional $50 COD handling charge to the total price shown in your email order confirm.
FAQ - Help! The PayPal site is in Chinese.
To Change the language:
If you cannot read Chinese you can change the site language by clicking on the link in the top right corner of the PayPal payment page. (see example image below)
Drink responsibly
**How much is too much?*
Many experts advise that people should not regularly drink more than their daily unit guidelines:
Men: 3-4 units of alcohol
Women: 2-3 units of alcohol
This advice applies regardless of how often you drink alcohol; you shouldn't interpret the guidance as allowing you to "save up" your units so you can drink them all on a Friday night.
**You should always ask the advice of your Doctor.*
What is a unit?
The size and strength of your drink will determine the number of units it contains. It's not quite as simple as one drink, one unit - a glass of wine can range between just over one unit and more than three units depending on the size of the glass and type of wine.
Remember, when you're drinking at home, you tend to pour measures that are larger than you get in your local.

We take your privacy very seriously and will not pass your details to any third party, except our delivery company.
Ordering
All prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars, and may be per bottle or per case, as marked. The prices exclude any tax and duty.
We accept payment by PayPal, Visa and MasterCard.
Age restriction
We won't sell wine to anyone who isn't 18 years old or over. Sorry, but that's the law.
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The Customer shall ensure that no person under the age of 18 shall use his/her login, credit card or bank details to purchase alcohol products.
Stock
There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. Occasionally we may suggest an alternative item or offer a refund, it's your choice. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Vintages
Vintages may vary from store to store and when delivered. Every effort is made to ensure the current vintage is displayed, however variations can occur.
If the vintage is shown in the main title of the wine, you will receive that vintage, e.g 'Howard Park Abercrombie Cabernet Sauvignon 2012, Margaret River'
Limitation of liability
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees or agents in circumstances where:
a. loss or damage was not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed;
b. loss or damage relates to business and/or non-consumers.
Subject to Returns & Replacements we will not be liable for loss or damage caused by the customer handling the wine. In particular we will not be liable for spillages or breakages.
Under no circumstance whatsoever shall Winerack Limited or any affiliates, directors, officers or employees (together, the “Company”) be liable for special or consequential damages including loss of business, and in no event shall any liability of the Company exceed the purchase price of any product purchased.
We reserve the right to cancel any order without notification. If there is an issue or problem with your order we will normally contact you to try to resolve it.
While we aim to be accurate, any availability information or delivery estimates on the website or the order confirmation in relation to products or services are approximate. As we process your order, we will inform you if any products or services turns out to be unavailable.
Customers should also be aware of the following inherent risks and warnings:
Alcohol should be consumed in moderation.
A case of wine is heavy so extra care should be taken when lifting it. If you are concerned about the weight we advise that you transfer the bottles 1 or 2 at a time.
