Montepulciano is an aromatic, tannic grape with low acidity making a lovely, morish wine.
Deep, ruby-red colour with violet highlights and a pleasant and fruity bouquet . Dry, and round on the palate with hints of red fruit. The finish is medium bodied with soft tannins making it easy to drink.

Fresh, lively style of Pinot Grigio with a bouquet of apples and pear. The palate is fine and dry with green apple underlain with refreshing natural acidity.

A crisp and fresh Pecorino from Abruzzo; lemon-green in colour with blossom and grapefruit aromas on the nose. Dry and crisp with a zesty citrus acidity and notes of white peach, pear and green apples and a long and fresh finish.

Bosio Moscato d'asti has change it's name to Valentina. With seductive notes of muscat and honeydew melon on the nose and lemon and apricot on the palate.
Light to medium bodied, sweet, fruity wine; with fine effervescence, good, refreshing acidity and a medium finish.

With only 5.5% alcohol, this is an outdoor sipper or desert wine.

Ideal as aperitif or at the end of the meal with fruits, aged cheeses or hazelnut cake.

Full bodied, flavoursome Pinot Grigio from the La di Motte estate. Juicy stone fruit characters with lemon and lime fruit balanced with good acidity and length.

Pinot Gris is naturally low in acidity, so full ripeness is necessary to achieve and showcase its signature flavors and aromas of stone fruit, citrus, honeysuckle, pear, and almond skin.

Alsatian styles are aromatic, richly textured and often relatively high in alcohol. As Pinot Grigio in Italy, Vigna Dogarina is much more subdued, light, simple, and easy to drink.

Simply quaffable. Full in body, dark in color, rich in berry flavors and soft in tannins. Oak ageing gives the pleasant notes of spices and vanilla.

Verso is a full-bodied, luscious wine made with a small percent of 'appassimento', or raisined, grapes. The wine is matured for 3-4 months in oak.

Pale gold with a hint of green, Fine Bubbles. Intense aromas of white flowers and citrus fruit. Fairly creamy and smooth, with lingering aromas. Sweet mellow and very harmonious wine.

Very Intense, almost black, gernet red to purple. Red fruit, blackcurrants, with notes of spices, typical from this variety. Fine tannic body, fine persistence and long taste.

Goes perfectly well with red meat and many different types.

Piemonte DOC Moscato is a pale straw yellow colour and aromas characteristic of muscatel grapes. Sweet flavours of honeysuckle and sweet apple.

Food Pairing: Enjoy by itself – at any time with no particular food, as an aperitif. A must with desserts, also interesting with aged or blue cheese.

Obtained from Montepulciano grapes and aged for 8 months in barriques. Intense ruby red colour, with good consistency. To the nose, notes of ripe cherry and sweet spices. Elegant and fruity in the mouth, complex and harmonious, with spicy notes of liquorice and tobacco and velvety tannins thatlonglasting.

With its particular qualities it offers a good accompaniment to pasta dishes with ragù meat sauce made with game and with meat dishes, especially game. Serve at 18 °C.

Luca Bosio Appassimento (formerly known as Truffle Hunter) is a Barbera but not like you have had before. Creamy and intense, very dark and the taste is dominated by ripe cherry and plum. Fruity with a smooth and silky tannins and low acidity. A big and full-bodied wine that goes well with food and on it's own.

Food pairing; Pasta, risotto, chicken, cheese.

Ruby red intense and bright. The bouquet opens with floral and ripe red fruit aromas with prominent cherry notes. Dynamic, soft and round with a significant but not overwhelming tannin structure and well balanced acidity, a unique feature that makes this wine very versatile. Perfect for every event. Masca del Tacco produces this “Primitivo” from a careful selection of grapes coming from the best growing areas. It is a soft wine, characterized by an intense pleasure of the palate, freshness and flavor.

Intense and bright ruby red. Complex nose of black berries and plum jam, red flowers, humus, cocoa powder, mint and iron. Full-bodied and enveloping, creamy and smooth, fruity with a very long balsamic and fruity persistence.

Divici Prosecco DOC, is a classic Italian Prosecco, this is sourced from the hills around Treviso - or, in other words, ground central for Italian Prosecco. A lovely crisp wine and it is organic too!

Pale yellow colour, delicate and complex bouquet with fruity notes that are reminiscent of peach and green apple with an undertone of lemon. Fresh and soft on the palate with well balanced acidity.

Ideal as an aperitif, it is a perfect accompaniment to hors-d'oeuvres and delicate first courses. Also wonderful with sushi, fish and shellfish.

Made entirely with Sangiovese, this opens with aromas of wet leaves, underbrush, leather and prune. The palate offers dried red and black cherry, grilled sage and a confectionary note alongside lithe tannins.

Fresh, succulent stonefruit with a citrus backbone.
Often typified by warm tropical fruit and a touch of oak. Aromas of ripe citrus, nectarine and passionfruit drive this style.

Appassimento LuLi is a full-bodied wine. Intense deep ruby red. Wild berries on the nose, red flower, aromatic herbs, humus and eucalyptus. Very fruity in the mouth, well-balanced, mouth-filling with a great persistence.

Great with First courses with meat sauce, polenta, grilled meat, buffalo stews, medium and aged cheeses.

GRAPE VARIETY Negroamaro, Syrah and Cabernet

Obtained from hand-picked Vernaccia Nera grapes, this wine has an intense and lively ruby red colour. The nose is complex with hints of wild cherries and plums, and enriched with black pepper and a delicate balsamic note. To the palette, with its sweet spices and delicate tannins, it reveals itself to be pleasantly fresh and elegant.

With its particular characteristics it accompanies savoury and spicy dishes, meat starters and matured cheeses. Serve at 14-16 °C.

From 100% Susumaniello, it is deep ruby red with purple shades. On the nose gives red and black fruits, a gentle zesty sensation, red flowers and hints of spices and tobacco.

Food: Meat starters, first dishes with funghi porcini, game in general, BBQ and medium aged cheeses.

A spicy wine, which goes well with a cuisine rich in aromas. Excellent combination with game dishes, or with meats braised with the same wine and also pairs excellent with a spicy curry.
Given its complexity, it it customary to drink it with a meal, perhaps accompanied with a shortcrust pastry dessert without creams.

‘Na Vota is elegant red in color. Aromas of violet, hay, and vanilla appear on the nose and follow through to the palate. It is complex and well-structured with a long aromatic finish.

Ruche’ will pair well with hearty dishes such as braised lamb, game, mushroom risottoand also spicy dishes.

It is a wine to pair with a light lunch of pasta or risotto with mushrooms or vegetables, fresh cheeses and salads but also cured meats and seafood salads: its medium structure allows it to pair well with white meats like roasted rabbit.

IL Cavaliere Monferrato Nebbiolo which [was formerly named La Fenice] is essentially a declassified Barolo and is an approachable wine at an approachable price.

The bouquet is typical of nebbiolo, with elegance and harmony of aromas of red fruit, violet and rose followed by more complex notes of vanilla, cinnamon and green pepper.

Full-bodied and rich on the palate it is sure to accompany well robust dishes of pasta, meat and aged cheeses.

Obtained mainly from hand-picked Sangiovese and Cabernet grapes. This wine, aged for 12 months in barrique, has a deep ruby red color with violet reflections, with a good consistency.

The nose is clear and intense in the fruity and spicy notes, from black cherries to licorice and pepper.
Enveloping to the taste , rich, with soft tannins, with a long and fruity finish.

95% Sangiovese, 5% Colorino

Caprilius 2016 is an extraordinarily rich and sumptuous Tuscan red produced from 100% Montepulciano. On the nose it has red fruits, spice and balsamic notes. On the palate it is complex, elegant, great body and with soft but satisfying tannins.

Delicate but with a rich bouquet, characterised by to ripe red and dark fruit, then distinguished by oriental spices, such as cardamom, pepper and cumin. In the mouth it is warm, soft and balanced, long in persistence.

The wine has a deep dark red color; persistent aroma of red fruits, strawberries, which intensifies over time, acquiring shades of black currant and plum. The aroma also clearly discernible notes of cocoa and smoked meats, vanilla. The taste is rounded, showing pleasant tones. The wine is balanced, with good acidity, soft tannins, which in total give a melting sensation. The structure is complex, the finish is fruity, long.
