Wine

Prokupac is a Balkan Peninsula’s red wine grape with layers of complexity. Aleksandrovic Prokupac has intense aromas of ripe sweet cherries and sour cherries that are complemented by the aromas of cloves, cinnamon and elegant vanilla tones. The taste is rich and harmonious, with tones of black cherries and black currants accompanied by extremely soft and silky tannins.

Pairing: Smoked and dried meat, all kinds of red meat, veal and lamb roast, venison, roasted turkey, duck and feathered venison.

The palate it is complex, full-bodied, with ripe tannins and fruity characters fully integrated with the oak. Key feature of this wine is its balance of freshness, fruitiness and tannins. The finish has highly polished softness resulting in lingering aftertaste.
