Explosion of red fruits on the nose. Soft tannins, smooth and fruity palate. Medium body. Fresh finish.

Deep red in color with a purple hue it offers a ripe nose of red fruits, with delicious notes of Mediterranean herbs and spices. The palate is mellow with intense berry flavours and characteristic floral notes.

Food Pairing: Roasted meat in sauce, lamb and cheese.

70% Marselan, 30% Syrah

A high toned Cabernet with bright aromas of violet, sage, black cherry, and a touch of roasted vanilla bean. The palate shows full body with a barrage of more dark coloured fruit that builds to a long finish of spicy tannin.

Syrah vines are harvested at full maturity and are blended with Cinsault. Syrah to express its richness and Cinsault for its bright and lifted fruit.

Domaine Gayda Figure Libre Freestyle is ruby red with some purple highlights. Vibrant, expressive nose of red and black fruits, pepper, spice and “garrigue”. A full bodied wine, with an expansive mouthfeel, integrated tannins and a long, silky finish.

Domaine Gayda Figure Libre Chenin Blanc is golden in colour with reflections of green. A nose that is both floral and fruity gives great complexity, freshness and minerality. Well balanced with a purity of fruit enhanced by its roundness and length. A pleasantly fresh finish.

This wine of the Grès de Montpellier appellation is a blend of Syrah and Grenache. Syrah brings depth of flavour, as grenache provides texture. The wine is aged for 12 months in a range of vessels, in order to broaden its aromatic profile.

Dark color with purple nuances. Nose of violet, zan, blackcurrant, ink and cocoa notes. Full mouthfeel with velvety tannins and a grainy finish.

Opaque, perfumed with fragrant black cherry, cassis and spice. Full bodied, intense with countless layers of flavour including blackcurrant, cedar and graphite. Dense fruit on the palate is bound by a structure of fine grained tannins and a lively acidity. This wine shows great depth and character and yet is refined with a long, elegant finish.

Non Alcoholic Wine

A sparkling pale pink colour, the nose entices with its aromas of citrus fruit, pink grapefruit, lighter smoky, mineral notes and fine fresh floral touches. The palate is pleasant and voluptuous, invigorated by a beautiful vivacity which gives way to fruity flavours of fresh red fruits and citrus fruits, enveloping the structure to give an intense yet elegant experience.

This wine contains some slight sediment or 'wine diamonds' which naturally occur during the wine making process and provide structure, balance and flavor.
