Wine

Light straw colour, with peachy tones. Fresh and clean bouquet, white flowers, fruit (apple), tropical (pineapple). In the palate it is fresh, creamy, ample, white fruit, grapefruit and citrus. Long and ample finish.

Powerful on the palate a sweet wine with distinguishing flavours of lychee and rose bloom. Full bodied and Semi-Sweet with nicely balanced acidity in the aftertaste.
"Spatlese" means grapes that are harvested later in the season, resulting in a higher sugar content and more intense flavours

It is a great wine to pair with spicy or savory dishes, such as Indian or Thai cuisine, as the sweetness helps to balance the heat.
