Domaine Gayda Figure Libre Freestyle is ruby red with some purple highlights. Vibrant, expressive nose of red and black fruits, pepper, spice and “garrigue”. A full bodied wine, with an expansive mouthfeel, integrated tannins and a long, silky finish.

Grapes: Carignan, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Shiraz

The Pale is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah made from grapes which are selected from the best vineyards in the appellation Côteaux d’Aix-en-Provence.

This wine of the Grès de Montpellier appellation is a blend of Syrah and Grenache. Syrah brings depth of flavour, as grenache provides texture. The wine is aged for 12 months in a range of vessels, in order to broaden its aromatic profile.

Dark color with purple nuances. Nose of violet, zan, blackcurrant, ink and cocoa notes. Full mouthfeel with velvety tannins and a grainy finish.

Very pure, round and flavorful supported by beautiful acidity adding body and volume. there is a fine and elegant aromatic framework enhancing length. Beautiful, sharp structure.

A controlled and smooth palate with a certain ripe fruit presence. The wine remains light on its feet with a real sense of prettiness to the palate which surprises given the intensity of the nose.

50% Grenache, 29% Mourvèdre, 21% Shiraz

Non Alcoholic Wine

A sparkling pale pink colour, the nose entices with its aromas of citrus fruit, pink grapefruit, lighter smoky, mineral notes and fine fresh floral touches. The palate is pleasant and voluptuous, invigorated by a beautiful vivacity which gives way to fruity flavours of fresh red fruits and citrus fruits, enveloping the structure to give an intense yet elegant experience.

This wine contains some slight sediment or 'wine diamonds' which naturally occur during the wine making process and provide structure, balance and flavor.

Dark ruby, clear & bright. Flavours of dark bramble fruit and spice provide some early mouth filling texture. These persist and are seamlessly enveloped and supported as they travel through the mouth by a super fine tannin frame working around and with the fruit to ensure some genuine balance and controlled focus to the palate.

This red wine from McLaren Vale is a wine of exceptional flavour, character and elegance. Penny's Hill Grenache; an experiment of old vine stocks planted to a modern trellis configuration, intensely planted to reduce vigour and increase concentration.

If you like the minerality of a Sancerre, you will love this wine.
