A broad fruit spectrum with aromas of lime, green apples and melon. The palate is smooth with a slightly creamy texture, making this wine an ideal wine to be enjoyed with food.

10% of this wine has been barrel fermented. A very classy wine.

An elegant wine with a finely concentrated palate displaying aromatic white and yellow stonefruits lifted by exotic florals, rose-petal elements and complex nutty and flinty nuances. The wine shows excellent fruit intensity and silky texture, leading to a lingering smooth finish.

The cool weather of the Awatere Valley brings out the brilliant aromatics in Pinot Gris. The bouquet of our 2018 is a beautiful compilation of spicy pear, nashi, bright fruit and ginger. The palate is rich, oily and viscous with the bright, fresh acidity it is known for.

Complex and elegant, it delivers lovely citrus, nectarine and apricot aromas balanced by subtle oakiness. A rich and silky palate.

A gorgeous complex offering; the fragrant bouquet shows ripe peach, rockmelon, nougat and brioche characters with subtle vanilla and hazelnut notes. The palate is succulent and beautifully weighted, delivering delectable fruit flavours together with stylish oak infusion. It is fleshy, rounded and persistent with a lingering silky finish.

Single Vineyard PAPA Chardonnay from the Awatere Valley is a lively, elegant, serious Chardonnay.
The grapes for this wine are carefully selected and hand-picked. The fruit is then whole bunch pressed to seasoned French oak and fermented with indigenous yeast and aged 14 months

The palate is elegant in proportion, but very concentrated with fresh, bright citrus fruits that have a luscious note, some tropical fruit hints, nutty oak and racy, minerally acidity. Very fine textures carry the line to a long nutty, toast infused citrus fruit finish.
