A dry Riesling it has flavours of green apple, lemon, and lime, with a hint of stone fruit. It has a crisp acidity that balances the fruit flavors and gives the wine a refreshing finish.

Hangen-Weisheimer Sommerwende Pinot Noir has flavours of berries and dark cherries. Smooth tannins and spicy notes lead to a long-lasting finish.

Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier.

Finca La Escuela is in Altamira, the premiere region for Malbec. It is named for the rural school (Escuela) located on the property. Always more complete and nuanced than the Malbecs from the individual soils, it has the floral varietal character and the chalkiness of the Paraje Altamira limestone soils. It has very good freshness and very fine tannins, in a rare combination of power and elegance.

This cuvée brings all the delicacy and the complexity of a sparkling Pinot. A crisp finish with the low dosage, this is an elegant yet rich Champagne.

Rock Angel is partially barrel fermented in large oak barrels and made from Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle (Vermentino). This rosé bears a more complex and structured taste profile than Whispering Angel bringing it into a more premium realm giving rosé lovers a bigger and richer wine that is fabulous as an aperitif or paired with a broad range of fine cuisine. Chateau La Truffe is an elegant wine, with silky-smooth tannins, and subtle, delicate aromas. A toasted nose, underlined with vanille and a fresh, fruit-rich palate. Made of 90% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc.

The maturity of the Pinot Noir provides a very slightly pink of colour with ambers highlights. A greedy nose with some floral notes ,a slight hints of spices. It develops in the mouth fruit roasts rather concentrated and a length leaving a tasty feeling of fullness.

Caprilius 2016 is an extraordinarily rich and sumptuous Tuscan red produced from 100% Montepulciano. On the nose it has red fruits, spice and balsamic notes. On the palate it is complex, elegant, great body and with soft but satisfying tannins.

Intense blueberry, vanilla, chocolate, and dark cherry, supported by a hint of black olive and subtle cinnamon and anise seasoning. The palate is plush and brimming with powerful berry notes, intermingled with vanilla and coconut. Persistent flavours, fine ripe tannins, a lavish texture, and spice complexity have melded well to produce this opulent and luxuriant wine.

Very aromatic vintage, with beautiful structure and a perfect balance between maturity and acidity. A small harvest due to frost repeated in April.

The Cloudy Bay 2019 Pinot Noir is deep, dark-fruited and aromatic. The nose is laden with notes of bramble berries, graphite and morello cherry.
On the palate you’ll find Victoria plum, loganberry and autumn fruit held together with fine, silky tannins and balanced with juicy acidity. The finish is long and the wine is exceptionally moreish.

Pale yellow in colour, Caliza is a wine with great depth, long, tense and juicy. Saline mineral notes with pear and citrus fruit, chalky minerality and a whisper of patisserie spices.

A nice golden colour. A refined, pure and precise bouquet. A generous palate combine in roudness and freshness. Fresh first note, oak provides fruity and exotic notes with aromas of jam and marmelade. Pure savour of vanlla leading into a long, languourous rich finish.

Aromatic nose of dark fruits and wood. Palate is powerful and rustic, lacking a bit of finesse, very austere from the skin tannins, blueberry, blackberry, earthy, woody, very long finish.

This is a very serious effort, elegant and rustic at the same time, which is a textbook example of great Monastrell.

Patriarche Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume 2018 has a elegant, floral and finely texture, plentiful supply of stony saline flavours, rich juicy pear and citrus fruit – but also the finesse to lend an ethereal quality on the long finish.

Rich and powerful, this wine is Penny’s Hill shiraz at its complex best. Showcasing satsuma plum and black berry fruits with cedar, spice, dark chocolate and hints of savouriness. Aquarius Chardonnay displays an elegance of light gold and creamy apple-lemon brulee aromas. Maintaining a crisp, yet silken palate of butterscotch and citrus notes, this chardonnay finishes firmly with hints of tangy mandarin and light-toasted almond.

Dark red color with purple hues. It is filled with clear and seducing aromas of forest fruits with predominant hints of prunes and blackberries with a subtle hint of tobacco, coffee, cocoa and vanilla in the background.
On the palate it is full-bodied and has a very fine tannin structure. The finish is pretty intense with a fruity character.

“It's selected from a 2.16-hectare plot (the vineyard has a total of 80 hectares) from a coastal part of Maipo, a south-facing (cooler) slope rich in basalt that was planted in 1999.
This seems to be evolving at a different pace—very slowly. It's serious and harmonious,

The nose is attractive with brooding cherry fruit, floral lift and an underlying stoney minerality. The palate shows elegance with delicious red berry fruits, layered upon precise minerality and freshness. It’s a very long and clean wine with extremely fine, chalky tannins.

The cold influence of the sea is present here, but the soil is the protagonist, determining the structure of the tannins that look like chalk, which have that grain, that severe, austere texture. A wine that impresses with the way it absorbs the soil.

Amora of cherry and prune flesh evolving on notes of forest floor and vanilla. Elegance and a structure of lovely finesse. Well match with grilled or cooked in sauce meat and cheese.

La Refene is one of Pommard's lesser-known Premier Cru vineyards and is planted entirely to Pinot Noir
It produces dense, structured red wines with smoky, spicy characters and ripe tannins.

Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. In the glass it has fine, light bubbles and the delicate Chardonnay grapes give it an instantly recognisable golden yellow colour. On the palate, it develops a fresh, supple roundedness.

Vosne-Romanée is a small commune in Burgundy's Côte de Nuits district. It took the suffix Romanée in 1866 in honor of its most prized vineyard, La Romanée.

Delicate but with a rich bouquet, characterised by to ripe red and dark fruit, then distinguished by oriental spices, such as cardamom, pepper and cumin. In the mouth it is warm, soft and balanced, long in persistence.

Genevrieres is a Premier Cru-rated climat of the Meursault appellation in the Cote de Beaune.It is planted entirely to Chardonnay and is one of Meursault's larger and better-known vineyard sites.

This wine is a bright gold colour with greenish highlights, becoming more intense with age. The bouquet brings together hawthorn blossoms, ripe grapes, marzipan, hazelnut, amber, lemon-grass and green apple. Milky (butter, hot croissant) and mineral aromas (flint) are commonplace, as is honey. Body and bouquet blend into a subtle harmony. This wine combines grace with a well defined character and a remarkable concentration.

A very fine graceful cuvee this year from the Bressandes, Seurey and Champ Pimont vineyards. Vivid purple with generous fruit on the palate, a layer of velvet, good acidity which is very well integrated with the fruit, harmonious tannins, and exceptional persistence.

The 2016 Châteauneuf Du Pape Le Plateau is a blockbuster in the making. The first nose presents blackcurrants, mulberries and blackberries. The fruity components of the bouquet are accompanied by notes of cask ageing such as vanilla, cocoa bean and black tea. Full-bodied, silky, rich and long.

This Cuvee has a fine pale primrose colour, full of energy. With attractive fruit and flowers together on the nose, this has the full-on density of classic village Meursault, with a sense of the nuttiness which will develop with time in bottle. The acid balance is just right too.
