Single vineyard selection from the Stegman Ranch, was created from a hand picked selection of 12 barrels and was aged 10 months on 40% new French oak.

The 100% Pinot Noir displays a deep burgundy color while offering aromas of fresh truffle and dried strawberry. The balanced palate features depth and ripe fruit, highlighted by candied black cherry and dried tobacco. The finish is subtle bringing to life nuanced notes of currant, rhubarb and chocolate.

Soft and silky tannins and a plush, deep, rich and generous, with layers of dark berry, currant, plum and raspberry flavours and evident oak spice are joined with more traditional Knights Valley tones of black olive, wild sage and mocha chocolate.

Fine acidity and balance with an elegant structure lead to a lingering, memorable finish.
