Bright, pale straw-yellow colour with light green-gold hues, pale edged. The nose is soft and full with restrained aromas of tropical fruits, gooseberries, herbs and delicate nuances of minerals, revealing a tight core that unveils pungent passionfruit elements. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate is crisp and zesty with thirst-quenching, racy acidity enlivening the flavours of passionfruit, tropical fruits and gooseberries. Herb and mineral notes add detail. This has a tight core with a fine-textured phenolic line that carries the wine to a long, slender and firm finish with nuances of gooseberries and steely herbs. This is a crisp and racy, tightly bound Sauvignon Blanc with passionfruit and steely herb and gooseberry fruit and a firm line.

Fermented in stainless-steel and seasoned French oak to, the wine aged 4 months in oak.
