Intense fruit, soft and voluptuous texture, the currant and cherry flavours mingling with oak spice and even a hint of chocolate. It’s so versatile too.

Easy to enjoy on its own, spiced and textured enough for beef grills, but better with lamb or even burgers. Garnet red with a brighter ruby rim. Intense fruity flavour with a hint of spice on the nose.

An added dimension is the subtle use of oak which combines well with soft ripe tannins.
