The nose is very elegant and subtly scented with floral notes, dry white fruits and spices, and has a slightly mineral note in the background. It is very elegant in the mouth, creamy but very fresh at the same time. An exquisite acidity is induced by the cold nightly mountain breezes. This is a mountain Viognier, unique in its kind.

Details

Tabalí Barranco Viognier is a white wine from the Limari Valley region in Chile. It has a pale yellow color with golden hues and aromas of ripe tropical fruits such as pineapple, peach, and apricot, as well as floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh, vibrant and has a good acidity, with flavors of juicy peach, ripe apricot, and hints of honey. This wine is dry and has a long, pleasant finish.

This wine would be perfect to enjoy on its own or as an accompaniment to lighter dishes such as seafood, salads, and white meat dishes. Its bright acidity and tropical fruit flavors would complement the freshness of raw seafood and the creaminess of dishes with light sauces. It would also pair well with spicy dishes as its acidity would help to balance out the heat.
