PiGin retains the traditional methods of a London Dry Gin. Each botanical has a place and can be noticed. Juniper, Coriander and Citrus with Ashanti pepper, Indian long pepper and black pepper combine to make the main flavour characters of PiGin. The heat (not spice) adds to a fuller mouth-feel with a creamy and long-lasting-lingering finish. Easy drinking, and smooth, the lingering pepper brings the perfect complexity.
