Organic wine is a wine that is made from grapes that were farmed organically. A Biodynamic wine goes beyond organic practices in an effort to balance the entire vineyard with nature. Biodynamic farming is a kind of ‘organic plus’ – the two approaches share in their attention to vineyard ecology. Both refrain from using chemical pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers, instead opting for locally-sourced and natural alternatives

    Divici Prosecco Organic, Veneto Italy

    Divici Prosecco DOC, is a classic Italian Prosecco, this is sourced from the hills around Treviso - or, in other words, ground central for Italian Prosecco. A lovely crisp wine and it is organic too!

    Pale yellow colour, delicate and complex bouquet with fruity notes that are reminiscent of peach and green apple with an undertone of lemon. Fresh and soft on the palate with well balanced acidity.

    Ideal as an aperitif, it is a perfect accompaniment to hors-d'oeuvres and delicate first courses. Also wonderful with sushi, fish and shellfish.
