Appassimento LuLi is a full-bodied wine. Intense deep ruby red. Wild berries on the nose, red flower, aromatic herbs, humus and eucalyptus. Very fruity in the mouth, well-balanced, mouth-filling with a great persistence.

GRAPE VARIETY Negroamaro, Syrah and Cabernet

Deep bordeaux colour with violet hints. Ripe black fruit on the nose with hints of ripe cherry and blackberry. Powerful on the palate with plenty of acidity and black fruit, blueberries, plums and cherry. Smooth tannins, rounded with the aging of the wine with the fine lees of fermentation.

This wine of the Grès de Montpellier appellation is a blend of Syrah and Grenache. Syrah brings depth of flavour, as grenache provides texture. The wine is aged for 12 months in a range of vessels, in order to broaden its aromatic profile.
