The nose is very elegant and subtly scented with floral notes, dry white fruits and spices, and has a slightly mineral note in the background. It is very elegant in the mouth, creamy but very fresh at the same time. An exquisite acidity is induced by the cold nightly mountain breezes. This is a mountain Viognier, unique in its kind.

Intense, deep red colour with violet hues. Very complex and elegant nose, with notes of cloves and other spices, as well as black fruit and a hint of chocolate. The mouth reveals good volume, smooth tannins and a delicious acidity that is in perfect balance with the fruit and French oak. The finish is long, characterful, elegant and very persistent.

Deep garnet red. Elegant taste, smooth and accessible with balanced, silky tannins and great structure, a hint of paprika, black cherries and cassis, lively and juicy. Powerful red wine.

Perfect with sirloin steak, duck breast with potatoes au gratin, mature cheeses.

55% Cabernet Sauvignon - 35% Syrah - 10% Cabernet Franc

This is a well-balanced, fresh wine, packed with fruit, in which the notes of blackcurrants, black cherries and spices are especially notable.
In the mouth it is very concentrated with excellent, smooth, silky and firm tannin.

A long and very persistent finish.

Tabali Pedregoso Gran Reserva Viognier - top Chilean Viognier, unoaked, off-dry and really fresh, with a lovely texture. This subtle, aromatic Viognier has citrus and floral aromas. On the palate gentle floral, honeyed, apricot and again citrus flavours.

Food Pairing: A wonderful wine to accompany creamy Indian or Thai cuisine.

With a deep red violet colour, the wine displays attractive dark fruit aromas with some spicy notes and mocha coffee hints. On the palate it has a rich structure and a balanced finish, with a long and pleasant aftertaste.
