Sourced from our own Gisborne vineyards, this elegant and easily approachable Sauvignon Blanc is softer and more refined than its ‘zestier’ Marlborough counterpart. Gisborne’s warmer climate, coastal influence and fertile soils enable us to produce a softer, more delicate style of Sauvignon Blanc with layers of ripe fruit and subtle savoury nuances.

Delightfully fruited and nicely lifted, the bouquet shows Granny Smith apple, mango, kiwifruit and lemon peel aromas, leading to a juicy palate that's lively and flavoursome. Upfront and tasty with plenty of youthful fruit flavours.

Pale straw color. Aromas of fresh asparagus, marjoram, passion fruit, magnolia blossom, and marmalade with a round, lively, fruity medium body and a tingling, complex, long meyer lemon and candied ginger finish with no oak flavor.

This is stunning; the intensely aromatic bouquet shows passionfruit, feijoa, Granny Smith apple and lemon zest characters. It's equally impressive on the palate, delivering excellent fruit concentration and purity, wonderfully complemented by fine texture and bright acidity, finishing gorgeously long and delicious.

Food Pairing: An ideal match with Marlborough's Green Lip mussels, seared paua or a delicate goat's cheese salad.
